PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED: A government-issued photo ID is required for travel throughout the US. In addition, an authentic state-issued birth certificate is required for travel to the Caribbean & Mexico through 12/31/2006, after which, a valid US Passport will be required for travel outside of the USA.
IMPORTANT INFO: Deposits received after the due date will be returned unless space is still available. The payment schedule is posted on our website and should be followed accordingly. An official payment schedule will be mailed to your along with your first receipt. Other than your initial receipt, a receipt will not be forwarded to you until final payment is received. You may contact our office at any time via email to determine your balance. Payments may be made towards your trip as often as you choose. A room is not reserved until a deposit is received for each person in your room. Quads are only permitted if there are two adults and two children.
Bed types for double occupancy are requested but not guaranteed. . All-Inclusive is defined by the hotel providing the service. Prices quoted and listed reflect current prices at the time of advertisement and may increase or decrease without notice until a full deposit has been submitted for each individual room. On The Go LLC is not responsible for increases due to government taxes, fuel surcharges, and other fees as they may increase or decrease without notice. It is essential that On The Go LLC be notified at the time of booking of any special medical, physical, or other requirements of passengers. You must agree not to hold On The Go LLC responsible for any acts that are not the responsibility of On The Go LLC including acts of God, the Airline, ground transportation, the Hotel, the Cruise Line, special events or any other mishap that is not the direct responsibility of On The Go LLC.
